Simultaneous Thermogravimetry & Differential Scanning Calorimetry / Differential Thermal Analysis (STA, TGA-DTA/DSC)

For TGA-DSC, a DSC probe is attached to the balance to perform simultaneous TGA (thermogravimetry) and DSC (differential scanning calorimeter) analysis of the same sample.
Simultaneous TGA and DSC measurements – STA – offer more information than separate measurements with two different systems.
