セタラムの歴史

現代の熱量測定の歴史はProvence大学（Marseilles）で始まりました。.

Albert TIAN教授の物理、化学、自然科学の学生への化学の講義

その時の化学の講義では、多くの実験結果が図解されました。Albert TIAN教授は、学生たちに彼が採り上げた全ての物質の本質を示したのでした。1960年代末には、その化学収集には数千の試料物質が含まれていました。 1915年に理学博士号を取得して後、1919にはTIAN博士は化学の講義を受け持ちます。 1931年博士はBERGから引き継がれたChair of General Chemistryに就任します。 1920年代初頭にAlbert Tian博士によって成し遂げられた功績は、大半の現代熱量測定装置の基礎となっています。 Tian博士は、彼の補償型マイクロ熱量計は1922年に彼の同僚である COTTE博士と昆虫の代謝を研究している時に初めて使われたと述べています。

年　熱分析装置の革新： - 1600C タングステン加熱炉一号機- グラファイト加熱炉製造開始- 全温度領域での同時熱分析装置 TGA DTA- "T" の未来、対称型熱天秤

1970

年: Calvet DSC （カルベ式）一号機C

1971

年新ロゴマークが導入される
セタラムは、経営の多角化を求める航空関連会社 SFIM 従業員2,000名に買収される。ロゴマークは、セタラムがSFIM グループの一員であることを示よう次のように改められた。

1975

年中国、日本、ロシアへの輸出開始

1997

年, SFIM は、非航空関連部門を売却、セタラムは若いハイテク企業グループ KEP 傘下に入る　

1998

年米国子会社Setaramを設立

2002

年新製品数機種を市場に出す
